At 19, I entered a school of interior architecture where I met a professor who advised me to enter the school of Fine Arts where he felt I could better express my sensibility.
In 1991, I graduated from the school of Fine Arts (France).
In April of this year, I contributed for the first time to a collective exhibition, exposing four paintings representing the beginning of my main topic, which makes reference to the human being and, by extension, to the flora and fauna.
After some art contests and collective exhibitions, I decided in 1999 to discover another culture and another way of life, and so moved to Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Supplied with a different horizon, my painting is worked, refined and enriched by a process of reflection which not only comes from my everyday life and sensibility, but also from the world news, the other's glance, the discovery of a suprasensible reality, the interrogation of the existential questions and by a pictorial work which is nourished by sensual matters such as oil, wax, media and with a technique of engraving, collage and various tools.
And since, with these techniques, I keep painting various formats on various supports (wood, fabric, paper) which are created thanks to my faithful inspiration: the human nature to its full extent.
